Severely reduces size of Artrage .PTG files

Artrage .PTG files of any size, i.e. 1536 x 2048, are reduced in size to around 150 x 200 pixels no matter what resize options are selected.

If you ask it to enlarge, it will interpolate pixels, leading to a soft image.

I dont see how to let it keep the original image dimensions.
