The app was self explanatory to use upon opening with no need to read instructions or do any set up. It converted my images by the folder and allowed me to make a custom named new destination folder within the app (convient) and allowed me to keep the old name of image or create new custom name. I was able to plow thru all my conversions in less than 10 minutes including the download time of the app. This is a must have app for anyone working with a large number of photos. While there might be ways to do this with programs you already have - this app does it incredibly easy and fast!
*converts all formats I tried including pds, eps, tiff, bmp, png, jpg except pdf (says it is not an image file so I guess it makes sense).
*converts, resizes and renames hundreds of large files in less than a minute (chews thru hundreds of files 1-50mb in seconds as if they were nothing)
*has a lot of batch actions that might be useful for some including (just to name a few)
- image adjustments including watermark, resize, crop, canvas size, set dpi, rotate, clean meta data, change color depth
-filters like sharpen, blur, emboss
- tons of color adjustment options including contrast, levels, sepia, reduce noise
- misc filters like swirl, wave, add noise, old camera, oil painting
all batch processing can be done simultaneously. You just add each process to a list - make appropiate adjustments to each process (ex - select the width(px-percent-inches-etc), height, resample style(bilenear-nearest neighbor etc), mode(fit-fill etc),
By far the most comprehensive list of options for easy and incredibly fast batch processing - (way faster than photoshop or bridge even if you dont include the time to open the program and set up the actions or scripts)
